Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on hair products that have been:

• Opened
• Worn
• Installed
• Colored
• Cut
• Washed
• Altered in any way

Hair extensions may be exchanged for the same purchase price if contacted within 5 business days. The extensions must be in the original packaging.
